Sydney International Airport  - Terminal 1 :
Under Limousine pick up signs  in the middle of arrival halls AB and CD    
 
Sydney Domestic Airport - Terminal 3 - Qantas (flight No. QF400 - QD 1600) :
Limousine parking outside luggage carousel No 2 - ground floor
 
Sydney Domestic Airport - Terminal 2 - Virgin Blue, Regional, Jet Star & Qantas (flight no QF 1600 and over):
Limousine parking outside Jet Star  luggage carousel No 4 - ground floor
 
Booking Conditions:
Cars In Action require minimum of 24 hours notification when booking via email.

Cancellation Conditions:
For a reservation between 9:00am and 11:00pm, there will be no charge for a cancellation or a modification done at least 2 hours before the reserve pickup time.
If you decide to cancel your booking within less then 2 hours a cancellation fee of $60 apply.
If you do not cancel reservation before booked time or do not show a cancellation fee equal to full rate reserved will apply.
 
For a night or morning reservation between 11:00 pm and 9:00am, we will ask to receive the cancellation or the modification before 9:00pm the eve.
 
Pick up info:
We allow 15 minutes for a pick up.
For an airport pick up, we will give 30 minutes for a domestic arrival, 45 minutes for an International arrival.
Past these delay, the car will remain there but we will charge waiting time at the usual hourly rate. If we can track the flight, a late arrival of a commercial flight is not consider as a delay.
 
If you don't see your driver  please call us on  +61 (0) 417 42 64 24 and we will locate him for you, failure to contact us, hold client responsible and will be consider as no show and charged at full rate reserved
